{"terms":"GALT APPRAISALS — ENGAGEMENT TERMS\n\n1. Intended use & user. The report is prepared solely for the intended use and intended user(s) stated in the order. No other party may use or rely on it without our written consent.\n\n2. Standards & scope. The appraisal is completed by a CNAREA Designated Appraiser in accordance with CNAREA standards and USPAP. The scope of inspection and research is determined by the report type ordered.\n\n3. Effective date. The value conclusion applies only as of the effective date stated in the report. Market conditions change over time.\n\n4. Access. You agree to provide safe access to the property, including all interior areas for full appraisal reports. Missed appointments or denied access may delay delivery and may incur a re-attendance fee.\n\n5. Fees. The quoted fee is confirmed in writing before inspection. Complex, rural, waterfront, luxury, or unusual properties may require a revised quote before we proceed. All fees are plus HST. Reports are released upon payment.\n\n6. Not a guarantee. An appraisal is a professional opinion of value — not a guarantee of sale price or condition, and not a building, structural, or environmental inspection.\n\n7. Confidentiality. Your information is kept confidential, subject to CNAREA/USPAP record-keeping requirements and disclosure required by law.\n\n8. Cancellation.
